We expertly solder broken chains and bracelets. We also use laser welding for delicate or hollow items requiring precision repair.
Can you replace missing stones?
We source and match diamonds and coloured gems to replace lost stones, ensuring the cut, colour, and clarity match perfectly.
Do you clean and polish?
Yes, we offer professional ultrasonic cleaning, polishing, and rhodium plating to remove scratches and restore your jewellery’s original showroom sparkle.
Can you remodel old jewellery?
We can melt down sentimental yellow gold to create new pieces, or reset your existing gemstones into modern, wearable designs.
Do you provide engraving services?
We offer hand, machine and laser engraving for all types of jewellery, adding personal messages, dates, fingerprints, or family crests.
Do I need an appointment?
You are welcome to pop in anytime. However, for detailed bespoke design consultations, we recommend booking to ensure dedicated time.
Do you buy old gold?
We can purchase your unwanted gold or scrap it against the cost of a new commission or repair, offering fair value.
